African Heart Failure Course 2021 - Personal Statement and Application

The faculty of the Africa-HF course is determined to deliver a high quality and bespoke course to the most enthusiastic applicants.

Our vision is that the attendees of today will be the Heart Failure champions of tomorrow. To help us in this respect, we ask that you complete the structured motivation and personal statement below, which together with your curriculum vitae and letter of recommendation will help us select the most suitable candidates for this prestigious course.

Please submit your application (and documentation) by no later than 15 January 2021. Successful applicants will be informed early February 2021.
