AfricaPCR 2015 – a brief report back
It is difficult to be a dispassionate observer at a PCR Course organised by Europa Organisation. Sessions are designed to stimulate audience participation and dialogue, and AfricaPCR 2015 exemplified that approach.
Heart failure is a common and serious problem in Africa due to rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy and poorly managed hypertension. In the past decade, several of us have reported substantially on this topic. However, it is time to come up with a formal way of addressing this syndrome by targeted interventional studies.Read more
